Cosmos Vase

Cosmology. Vase, about 7" high and 6" circumference.

All colors are handmade paints, burnished into the surface. The images show important symbols of life and the cycles of life - from the Three Sisters (represented by corn, beans and squash) to Ossi, the Eagle who represents the link between the divine and humankind. Finally there is the great serpent, Sinti Hollo, who is to be respected and honored and is the link between the living and the afterlife.
